Dr. Ziad Zakaria, Consultant Thyroid Surgeon at the Lebanese American University, LAUMC-Rizk Hospital Medical Center in Beirut, and Fouad Khoury Hospital, will visit Faruk Medical City from the 29th of June until 4 July 2022.
Dr. Ziad obtained his Specialist Diploma in General Surgery with Honors from University of Liège Medical School (Belgium) in 1994 and completed his residency in General Surgery at the same University.
Dr. Ziad is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) since October 2011, and a member of the French Association of Endocrine Surgery (A.F.C.E) since 2010, and he is a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons since 2009.
Dr. Ziad has 26 years of experience in General Surgery; his areas of interest and expertise are Thyroid and Parathyroid Surgery
