Dr. Shakhwan is the President of the Kurdistan Plastic Surgeons Association and the Director of the Burns Hospital in Sulaymaniyah. He earned his Master’s degree in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 2007 in Iraq and has extensive experience in facial and body plastic surgery. Dr. Shakhwan has 18 years of experience in plastic, reconstructive, and burn surgery.
